HOOFDDORP 21 September 2018 – From 1 October 2018, the cleaning of the office building at Oudlaan 4 in Utrecht (21.657 m² GFA) will be outsourced to De Vos Groep B.V. As part of the deliveries and services package, in addition to the general area, the cleaning of the offices is also provided. The new agreement came about after an extensive tendering process which was commissioned by building owner Oudlaan Investment B.V. was supervised by Eric Dekker and Koen Voskuyl of Intercity Real Estate Management B.V. The latter has been in charge of the complete management of the object for more than 10 years.
De Vos Group B.V. provided since 1 May 2010 the cleaning services within the complex. In the tendering process, the work program is more precisely geared to the need (of the user) and the optimization of current working methods and the use of hours has been examined.
