HOOFDDORP, 21 November 2018 – Intercity Real Estate Management, together with Nienaber Makelaars, leased the retail space located at the Nieuwe Brink 1-3 in Bussum to the Dutch catering chain Bagels & Beans. The latter opened its doors to the public after an internal renovation on Monday November 19th. Bagels & Beans, founded in 1996, currently has 75 branches in the Netherlands and one in Germany. The present retail space, owned by SynVest Real Estate Fund N.V., is approximately 142 m² in size and is situated in the center of Bussum. The retail space is part of a larger retail space, of which approximately 500 m² is currently available for letting.
