Energy label A is no reason for Intercity Real Estate Management to stop sustainability. In collaboration with our tenant Innax and landlord Synvest RealEstate Fund, we are working hard on further sustainability plans for the office building such as solar panels, a sedum roof, individually adjustable LED lighting and a green façade in the stairwell. In time, the building must even become energy-neutral.
